TENNIS COURT BOOKING - 2010
1. Courts can be booked 7 days in advance, with the exception of the summer holiday period i.e. July and August when courts can be booked 3 days in advance.
2. Courts 10,11,12 and 13 can only be booked for private play by Full club members and Tennis members. They cannot be booked by temporary members.
3. 10,11,12 and 13 can also be used for club matches and tournaments, club afternoons and evenings and club adult coaching.
4. Signs will be placed on the tennis courts showing whether they are open for play. The duty green keeper of the day will give the Pro’s shop staff clear instructions about their use e.g. too wet at the moment, but should be fine for play at 11am.
5. Rotation of booking of all the grass courts will be made by the staff of the Pro’s shop.
6. The greenkeeper's decision on the state of the courts is final.
